IT organizations live in a clear contradiction: On the one hand, according to a survey by Ardour Consulting, they are of the opinion that their performance is predominantly perceived positively. On the other hand, however, they are also exposed to a critical attitude on the part of customers. The service quality of 51 percent is described as good to very good, but only 38 percent see a corresponding image.
